Shipping & Payment options
- We ship within Germany and the EU with DHL.
- The shipping costs within Germany are 5,90 EUR (DHL package)
- For products from the categories "TF Stitch Design" and "TF Knit Design" all no shipping costs, since it concerns here download items.
- The shipping costs to EU countries are 15,90 EUR.
Within Germany the delivery is free of charge if the order value exceeds 100 EUR.
Terms of payment
You can pay your online purchase as follows:
- Prepayment by invoice
- PayPal
Payment in advance
When paying in advance, the amount is to be transferred to the specified bank account within 5 days. You will receive the bank details in a separate e-mail with the prepayment invoice. The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of money.
Paypal
When paying via PayPal, the goods will be shipped immediately if available.
