1. Payment in advance

After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped immediately.

2. Cash on delivery

At orders with cash on delivery we charge  € 3,-- at a flate rate. Charges levied at german Post AG will be additional  € 3,--, which have to be paid at receipt of commodity. This payment option is only available for domestic customers at the moment.

4. Invoice

By payment with credit card you will automatically passed on secured pages of  Telecash during the order process. There you are able to enter your credit card data via a high secured data communication line. Your credit card will be debit at time of sending your order. The payment by credit card is available at an order amount of more than  € 20,-- .

In individual case, we resvered the right to exclude any payment option !

Delivery time

The dispatch of order will be carried out ex stock from Tanja´s Handarbeitsparadies, this means, we will take our best to deliver the ordered products within 2-3 business days. Unfortunatelly sometimes it isn´t possible. If your order can´t be processed in time, you will get an separate E-Mail for information about status of delivery.  
If  particular items aren´t in stock at time of delivery, we reserve us to dispatch the order nethertheless based on economical reasons. The missing items can be ordered separatley in later times. If you would like to prefer to get your order only completely, please inform us. We will comfortable to your wishes of course. 

Shipping costs

You have a minimum order of EUR 15,--.
Therefor we deliver without deliverycosts within Germany ! This means, there won´t be added no additional costs to your orderas  (excluding direct debit for Germany, as explained above) !
Nevertheless you need some items, which aren´t higher than EUR 15,--, a handing charge of EUR 3,-- will be added to your order. Please consider this circumstance !
